Ideas for a short movie?
Hi there, fellow blog readers! I didn't have time to write a proper blog post, only putting youtube links and pictures, and now at last I'm actually writing something here. Yay! :D
Here's the thing: I found that Stock Exchange company NASDAQ OMX Vilnius is organizing a short video contest. The main idea of the movie should be showing how to get your money "working", like you have an X amount of money, and you want it to become bigger, what will you do to make the amount grow and how to start making profit from Stock Exchange? I'm planning to participate in this contest because I'm interested in economics and stock markets, but I'm struggling to generate ideas for this short movie because :/ Maybe anyone of readers have any experience in making movies and have some ideas to share? If you have any, be sure to share them with all of us in the comments, I would appreciate this :) Thanks!
P.S. I'll keep updating information on my progress :))

Maybe make a spoof where someone gets like a bank receipt from their mattress (y'know cause of the old joke that people shouldn't hide their money under a mattress instead of investing it) and act surprised whenever it doesn't increase.
i wish i could help but id probly do worse than u. good luck!
I don't know much about making movies, think about keeping it simple with a voice narrator and lots of moving graphs and things like that? Would like to see what you come up with. Following for updates.
Are they looking for parodies or serious stuff?
Make a video of yourself doing a series of magic tricks (use camera tricks if need be) turning $5 into a $20 or something, repeat three times and then show a huge stack of money.
Where would he get that money stack in the first place? lol
Well, I hope you win thats for sure. IF you are entering
I have no ideas, but good luck with the movie :)
You can based on jokes about the market. Such as, "The market may be bad, but I slept like a baby last night. I woke up every hour and cried." /
"It was so cold today I saw a stockbroker with his hands in his own pockets."
Two people play a broker and an investor.
goodluck!
